Pre-Production
We sit down together — in Erfurt in person or on a call. Concept, treatment, locations right on the doorstep. The picture is locked before the camera rolls.
On Set
Directing and camera on one shoot day, without half a crew that has to travel in first. Short distances in Erfurt, Weimar, Jena — and just the same in Berlin or Hamburg, if that's where the video belongs.
Post Production
Editing, VFX, 3D, color grading, titles, sound. All of it here with me, nothing handed off to an agency in another city.
